... can be the foundation for a successful career. After a fundamental training in tourism, you have the opportunity to work around the world. The highest principle in tourism is hospitality which goes hand in hand with the enthusiasm to work with people. Tourism jobs also require, of course, interest in the industry and in gaining professional qualifications, as well as friendliness, well-groomed appearance, linguistic articulateness, professional knowledge, practical thinking, flexibility and the ability to concentrate.

Apprenticeships at the Rohrmooserhof Hotel

Since the Rohrmooserhof Hotel was introduced in 1971 more than 90 apprentices have been trained here. We are proud to say, that many of our apprentices have used their training and now apply much of their apprenticeship knowledge in their career today. Many of our former apprentices are chefs de cuisines and heads of service or successful independent business owners in their own right.

If you are interested in an apprenticeship at the Rohrmooserhof, you can apply for the following positions: chef, waiter, hotel and hospitality assistant – depending on the position, the apprenticeship will last between 3-4 years with the responsible vocation schools being Bad Gleichenberg and Aigen in the Ennstal.
