Breakfast – the healthy start for an active day (7.30am – 10am)
The 20 metre long buffet leaves nothing to be desired. As the most important meal for an active day, the breakfast at the Rohrmooserhof Hotel will fulfil all your needs:
- Freshly prepared egg dishes with organic eggs such as:- scrambled eggs, coddled-egg (egg in the glass), fried egg or any other variation you like
- Pressed fresh fruit or vegetable juice at the buffet
- Great tea selection from Demmer, the famous Austrian tea-house
- Espresso coffee machine at the buffet with various coffee selections
- Spelt-coffee and soy milk
- Wide range of different cereals
- Great selection of sausages and cheeses, as well as home-made spreads, fresh fruit of the season, home-made jams, special diabetic jam, etc ...
- Different premium bread types (also spelt bread and gluten-free bread)
- Organic honey, wild honey, blossom honey, honey-combs, lime blossom honey and Schladming-Dachstein honey made by father-in-law’s bees
- Products from the Schladming-Dachstein agricultural area

- Delicious selection of cakes in the afternoon in summer and winter (3pm – 5pm)
Dinner (6.30pm – 8 pm)
- Choose from 3 different main courses: vegetarian, light or classic cuisine
- Our cuisine-team will cater for your allergies and intolerances such as: gluten or lactose
- Fresh and crunchy salad buffet with home-made dressings
- Cheese board stocked with Austrian and international cheese specialties and home-made tomato chutney
- Once a week: a gala welcome dinner
